How to Cure Constipation

If you are having extreme changes in the frequency or volume of stool produced, then you need to see a doctor for a checkup. Blood in the stool, mucus, pus or fatty materials may also indicate an underlying medical condition.
Another way on how to cure constipation is a large dose of Vitamin C to help you stimulate your intestinal wall enabling it to produce bowel movements in 1 to 5 hours. Hot water or tea can also help you stimulate your bowel, or drink a cup of coffee upon waking up in the morning. You may also try doing a homemade enema mixture to cure your constipation. A mixture of 3 teaspoons of olive oil and 1 cup of warm water can help you soften the feces safely creating an easier passage way.
You should remember that to be able to cure constipation, you must add more fiber to your diet, add fresh fruits and vegetables, and drinking bulking agents. These are the easiest and safest way of curing constipation.
